The Guest Manager CRM manages your guest information.
Using the Guest Manager you can produce a guest list that meet your search requirements and then perform a number of operations on that guest list like emailing , printing,and exporting.
The Guest Manager allows you find and work with a single guest or many guests that may belong to a very specific group, location, category or other selected requirement.
For example let's suppose that you wish to email all guests that checked in over the month of June 2011, live in the state of Texas and have an email address. The Guest Manager provides you with an extensive list of search terms that will return a list of guests that belong in this group.
